How to contact EDHEC Online Support Team

This article explains how to ask questions to the EDHEC Online support team.

Basically, there are two ways, by clicking on Help button (recommended) or via email to support@online.edhec.edu

Via EDHEC Online Campus

Go to EDHEC Online Campus website https://campus.online.edhec.edu/ and login with your email and password.

Send a message via Help Button at the bottom right corner of the Online Campus homepage.

If you encounter any technical or a pedagogical problem within a course, please send us a message via Help button:

This way the Support Team will be able to obtain the page link you sent us a message and therefore we can locate the issue and respond quicker.
